Shipping Information

Road Ready Wheels specializes in fulfilling our customers’ orders as fast as possible for your convenience. All orders ship the next business day. We do not offer customer pick-up, our warehouses do not have administrative staff to assist any walk-in traffic. Thank you for understanding.

Our business hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Any order that is placed on Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include any federal or national holidays where normal business hours do not apply.

Wheels are shipped one wheel per box. Our Standard Shipping is FedEx Ground. This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages shipped using the FedEx Ground service takes between 1-5 business days. Knowing that our customer is sometimes in a hurry once in step two of the checkout process, you will have the option for a $20.00 flat second-day shipping option. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays. FedEx will not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Boxes, so please make sure you provide a residential or commercial address to not incur any delays on your shipment.

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) (www.usps.com) for international orders. Please contact us if you are interesting in having our wheels shipped to you internationally

Warranty Information

All wheels provided for sale on this website are warrantied to the purchaser to be free of defects and in full functioning condition for one year from the original date of purchase.

Liability of Road Ready wheels is limited to replacement or full refund of the defective wheel. Road Ready Wheels is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling, installation, or modifications of any kind. Road Ready Wheels is not responsible for any labor charges or any other miscellaneous expense related to the installation or use of our wheels.
