I received a damaged wheel
If you received a damaged item please send pictures to our support team email@example.com or text to 1-(217)-635-2033, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible. Please see the list of the pictures below:
Photo 1: A photo of the damaged area on the rim;
Photo 2: A photo showing the damaged item, inside the original box;
Photo 3: A photo of the shipping label with the tracking number;
Photo 4: A photo of the damaged side of the package.
In your email, you can also let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement for the damaged item.
