If you need to exchange your item, we will ship one to you as soon as our team has reviewed and approved the exchange request. We will also provide the return shipping label if the error was due to shipping damage or our fulfillment. If the exchange is due to a customer ordering error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (our Support Team will provide a label) and for paying any difference in the new wheel requested.

Depending on where you are shipping from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Generally, you can expect to see your new wheel in 2-4 business days.
