The wheel that was sent was not reconditioned or manufactured new. I was literally sent a wheel that was pulled off a jeep with deep gouges on the center cap which went off onto the wheel. Had part of a valve stem installed, had wheel weights installed from when it was previously mounted, covered in mud, didn't even take the time to clean it. Then it was stuffed into a box with absolutely no protection and shipped.
